One address, and it reaches the person who writes the code:

Telling us a chord is wrong

This is the message we most want to get, and it goes to the front of the queue. A reference that prints the wrong note is worse than no reference at all. Please include the chord page you were looking at, what CHORDZOID shows, and what you believe it should be. If you are working from a book or another site, naming it helps us tell a genuine error apart from a difference of convention.

Before you write: two things that look like errors

Some spellings surprise people and are still correct. A diminished seventh chord really does have a double flat in it, and a chord may be spelled with sharps on one page and flats on another because the chord requires it. Where a note has a simpler common name, the page prints that too, on a line beginning same notes as. Second, the shapes we show are a starting set rather than every shape that exists. A voicing missing from a page is a suggestion, not a bug, and still worth sending.

Everything else

Requests for chords we do not carry, notes on the Learn course, wording, accessibility problems, questions about the privacy policy or the terms, and advertising enquiries all go to the same address.

This is a small independent project rather than a company with a support desk. Most messages get a reply within a few days, and every report of a wrong note is read.
