CHORDZOID is a reference, and a reference is a narrower thing than it looks.
A shape is one way, not the way
Each chord page shows a small set of shapes chosen because they are common and reachable. They are not the only correct ways to play the chord, and for a given piece of music they may not be the best ones. Guitarists routinely drop notes, add them, move a chord up the neck or play a partial version of it, and none of that is wrong because it is not printed here.
Spelling is not always the spelling you have seen
The note names on each page are worked out from the chord, so each note sits on its own letter. That sometimes produces a name a chart you own writes differently, and where a simpler common name exists the page prints it too. Neither is an error. If you find a genuine disagreement, please tell us, because we would rather know.
Nothing here is medical advice
Some chord shapes ask a lot of a hand, particularly barre chords and wide stretches. If playing hurts, stop. Pain, numbness or tingling in the hands, wrists or arms are worth taking to a doctor or a physiotherapist rather than working through, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it.
Not a teacher
The Learn course is general instruction written for everyone, which means it is written for nobody in particular. It cannot watch your hands, hear your timing or notice a habit that will cost you later. It is not a substitute for a teacher, and we make no promise about what you will be able to play.
